The apartment is composed as follows:
– Eat-in kitchen with all crockery (plates, glasses, breakfast/coffee cups, pots of all sizes, cutlery, ladles, cutting board, various bowls , jugs, moka for coffee…) kitchen linen, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, bins for separate waste collection, high chair for children based on availability, wood stove.
– Living room with flat screen TV, sofa with peninsula.
– Double bedroom with a spacious six-door wardrobe.
– Double bedroom with a spacious four-door wardrobe.
– Bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet and hairdryer.
– Storage room with washing machine, iron, clothesline, vacuum cleaner, bucket with mop, broom and dustpan.
– Outdoor space with table and chairs for eating in the open air.

Apartment on the ground floor of a house made up of 3 residential units, characterized by exposed stones and barrel vaults, located in the village of Favrio (650 m above sea level), a small town at the foot of of Monte Misone, which is located just 5 minutes by car from the Terme di Comano. The town is characterized by silence and tranquility, healthy air and 5 meters from a source of pure water. The apartment is suitable for couples, but also for families with children, as the apartment is spacious and the playground is only 100 meters away.
Apartment furnished in a modern style equipped with every comfort, attention to detail, free wi-fi, free private outdoor parking, independent heating, animals are welcome, upon prior agreement at cost of euro 5.00 per day. Bed linen and towels are on request, €15 per person.
The apartment is only 1 km from Fiavè, where you can find all the services: bus, pharmacy, bank, 2 grocery stores with tobacconists and newspapers, post office, restaurant al Contrario”, pizzeria – restaurant “alla pineta”, pizzeria-restaurant “da Lucio”; but above all various artisan realities including:
